Customer service was great from PSR Air Ducts Cleaning. Everything went simple from arranging the appointment to when the technician completed the duct cleaning. He also took the time to show me how clean the ducts were with his inspection light before he finished. Great business.

My husband and I were very satisfied with PSR. From the first point of contact to their diligent follow up the day after cleaning our air ducts, they were great! … Julio showed up early and gave us a free diagnostic. He knew what he was talking about, gave us a good price, and he started working right away.

We called to get information about cleaning air ducts in our mobile offices used for work. They were very helpful in getting a no risk, no cost estimate scheduled. The tech arrived on time, gave us a fair estimate, then completed the work to our total satisfaction.

The 5 times I’ve worked with PSR, they provided an excellent service. It goes from the appointment scheduling to the technicians on site. They are on time, respectful and very nice. They’ve done air ducts cleaning, dryer cleaning, rug cleaning for me. I highly recommend!
